To study the effects of HIV/AIDS on the theory that is to examine how the status of the subject or individual is treated in the biomedical discourses that build it.  One of the possible origins of the word is that it must be a product of the old German word twerh “oblique,” rooted in terkw-“turn, turn, wind”. This then turned into the German word “quer,” where he took his strange/off-center identity. From there we went to Scotland and turned into “strange, strange, eccentric.” There are other possible birth stories for the word queer. I suppose the murky origins of this word make sense, because its meaning can be customized for those who identify as queer in the most current use of the word. Campout! uses the term “trans” to decide transgender, transsexual, two-minded, trans-identified, non-binary, intersex, androgynous, bi-gender, crossdressing, genderqueer, gender fluid and gender creative folks. The queer theory was originally associated with ACT UP`s radical gay policy, OutRage! and other groups that adopted queer as an identity label that indicated a separatist, non-assimilationist policy.  Queer theory has evolved from a confrontation with perceived limitations in traditional identity politics of recognition and self-identity. In particular, queere theorists have identified processes of consolidation or stabilization around a few other identity marks (z.B gay and lesbian); and queerness designed to withstand that. Queer theory tries to maintain a critique more than to define a particular identity. These criticisms are expressed through a range of concepts in areas such as eco-technical studies.
There is a long history of critical and anarchist thinking about sexual and sexual relations in many cultures. Josiah Flynt was one of the first sociologists to study homosexuality. Finally, in the late 1970s and 1980s, social manufacturers viewed the sexual subject as a culturally dependent, historically specific product.  Before the term “queer theory” was born, the term “Queer Nation” appeared on the cover of the short-lived lesbian/gay Outlook quarterly in the winter editions.191 Writers Allan Berube and Jeffrey Escoffier pushed at home that Queer Nation was trying to take paradoxes in their political activism, and that activism was taking on a new form and revolved around the question of identity.  Soon enough outlook and queer nation were no longer published, but in the 1980s and early 1990s there was a mini gay revival. There have been a number of significant explosions of lesbian/gay political/cultural activities. The result was a queere theory. But their work was not born from heaven. Teresa de Lauretis is attributed to the “queer e.A.A.” At a working conference on lesbian and gay sexuality held in February 1990 at the University of California, Santa Cruz de Lauretis mentioned this phrase for the first time.
 Later, in 1991, she introduced the phrase in a special issue of differences: A Journal of Feminist Cultural Studies, entitled “Queer Theory: Lesbian and Gay Sexualities.” Like the description used by Berube and Escoffier for quer nation, de Lauretis stated that “queere disorders and gender issues are sexuality.”  Just three years later, she abandoned this phrase on the grounds that it had been taken over by the dominant forces and institutions to which she had been marked to resist.
